Job Description

We are currently seeking full-time or part-time Guest Services Agents at the front desk to join our award winning team at the Hilton Durham near Duke University! We are a full-service hotel featuring 195 guest rooms and suites, an on-site restaurant, and 10,000 square feet of banquet space.

The Guest Services Agent is a member of the Front Office team. S/he are responsible for: maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.

You must be willing to work flexible shifts, including some 7am – 3pm, some 3pm – 11pm, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hotels/restaurants or general customer service experience is preferred.
