What this is
helpKNX is a hospitality hiring marketplace. If you opt in, we send a small number of transactional text messages about your own application activity — for example, when an employer hires you or sends you a message. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and SMS is never required to use helpKNX.
How to opt in
SMS is off by default. To turn it on:
- Create a candidate account and open your profile → Notification settings.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Check the box labeled “Text me critical updates.”
Consent is per-user and can be withdrawn at any time.
Example messages
- “Congrats Maria! You’ve been hired for Line Cook on helpKNX. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “New helpKNX message from The Blue Door Bistro. Open the app to reply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Opting out & help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts immediately. You can also turn the opt-in off in your profile at any time.

Frequency & cost
Message frequency varies with your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Your privacy
We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell mobile information. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full details.
